Please email Kim Hoptroff ( ladies.captain@wgchockeyclub.co.uk ) with your team name and players before the tournament so we can set up the order of play for today.
If you don’t have a team, that’s fine, let Kim know anyway and we will put you in one of the existing teams or make up additional ones – the more the merrier!
Like the previous years, we will also be holding a raffle and a tombola, please bring any prizes to training (starting 30th August) or to a game and give to your captain. You can also bring prizes for donations on the day.
We look forward to seeing you there for some healthy competition and to raise some funds for your club.
ARE YOU A LEVEL 2 / SESSIONAL COACH OR EQUIVALENT AND LOOKING FOR A NEW OPPORTUNITY?
Welwyn Garden City Hockey Club are looking for a coach to deliver two hours of training on a Wednesday evening for our mens and ladies teams (7pm-9pm) from mid August to end March
The first hour would be for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th XI squads and the second hour for the 1st XI teams.
We train at De Havilland campus of the university of Hertfordshire based in Hatfield.
Support for ladies 1st team games on Saturdays is negotiable.
